Time frame to process an order
Your order will be shipped within 2 working days from the date of receiving to your registered shipping address with us and the delivery of the order will be done within 3-7 days, depending upon the location. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

What is your returns policy for incorrect items being delivered?
If the product differs as per your order, we request you to update returns status from the order panel or write us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your order. Our team will contact you within 24 Hours of receipt of your complaint. You can choose to have Exchange/Refund of the product (Refer to Refund Policies for more details).
Any Product returning should be unused and should return with the tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
If your order hasn’t been shipped (typically up to 5 days from the time of purchase), you can cancel your order from order panel or by sending an email to us. Your order will be refunded based on the mode of payment made (Refer to Refund Policies for more details).
If your order status is “Shipped”, your order can’t be cancelled. If you need any help about return, please contact us once your order has been delivered.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
In case of a return/exchange, we will initiate the exchange/refund process once we received the products and QC verified at our warehouse.
If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or combined /promotional offer(s), are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund.
- All Innerwear Products cannot be Exchanged/Returnable.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking , the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
