Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

  • For all orders placed via prepaid mode and Cod (Credit Card, Net Banking and Debit Card) shall be serviced to you on the shipping address with us.

  • Your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days from the date of receiving and the delivery of the order will be done within 3-7 days, depending upon the location.  We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

  • Once an order is shipped/dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹498 . For orders below 498, shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied.


Failed Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partner shall make three attempts to deliver your package and post unsuccessful delivery after these attempts we will consider the order status as closed and For paid orders Kindly contact us at support@mackly.com.

Can I Cancel My Order After Placing It?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped (usually within 1-2 days) via the order panel or by emailing us at support@mackly.com. A refund will be processed as per your payment method (see Refund Policy for details).

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For returns, please contact us after delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Easy Returns: You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery through our Order Portal or by writing to support@mackly.com.

Pickup Timeline: Once your return is scheduled, we will arrange a pickup within 1–4 days. After pickup, the item will reach our warehouse within 7–14 days.

Return Fee: A ₹50 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund & Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 24–48 working hours after we receive and quality-check the returned product.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Credit/Debit Card / Net Banking refunds may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect in your account.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we will initiate a bank transfer based on the billing details and bank details you share via email support@mackly.com. Shipping fee is non-refundable.

Coupon & Offer Adjustments:  If you return any or all products from an order placed using a coupon code or promotional offer, the offer will become invalid. The discount or benefit from the offer will be deducted from your refund.

Product Eligibility:

  • Returnable (only once): Innerwear (Trainer Bras, Tube Bras, Vests, Camisoles, Inner shorts), Sleepwear, Casual Wear, Winter Wear, Thermal Wear, Babyclan, Active wear.

  • Non-returnable: Innerwear (Briefs, Boxers, Hipsters, Leak-Proof Panties). Accessories. All products bought during sale events

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and returned in original condition.

Return policy for incorrect items being delivered

If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, please update the return status from your order panel or email us at support@mackly.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our team will get in touch with you within 24 hours to resolve the issue. 

You may choose either an exchange or a refund for the incorrect item.

Please ensure the product is unused and returned with the original tags intact. Returns without tags will not be accepted.

Returns Policy for Faulty or Damaged Items

If you've received a damaged product, an empty parcel, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

You can choose between a refund or a replacement for the affected item (please refer to our Refund Policy for more details).

To ensure a smooth return process, please pack the items securely to avoid any further damage or loss during transit.

Exchange Policy

  • Easy Exchanges: You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery through our Order Portal or by emailing  support@mackly.com

  • Choose Your New Product:

    • Select a new product of equal or higher value.

    • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the price difference.

    • An ₹50 exchange fee will be added to your new order.

  • Pickup & Dispatch:

    • Your original product will be picked up within 1–4 days. After pickup, the item will reach our warehouse within 7-14 days.

    • Once we receive and quality-check the item, your new product will be dispatched within 24–48 working hours.

  • Exchange Conditions:

    • Exchanges are valid for items that are unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags.

    • Exchange charges apply to every request, even for the same order.

  • Product Eligibility:

    • Exchangeable: Trainer Bras, Tube Bras, Vests, Camisoles, Inner shorts, Sleepwear, Casual Wear, Winter Wear, Babyclan, Thermal Wear (Only once per product).

  • Non-exchangeable: Briefs, Boxers, Hipsters, Leak-Proof Panties, Accessories, and Sale Items.
